Algin’s Celebration of Women
__ Read articleAlgin’s Celebration of Women
March is Women’s History Month, which gives us a chance to reflect on those who have changed our lives personally and transformed the world. Since 1987, March has been a time to highlight innovative, creative, and revolutionary women. Throughout the year, Algin Management seeks to appreciate, commemorate, and amplify the voices of all the fearless women on our team, in our social circles, and in our families.
In fact, the founder of Algin, Albert Ginsberg, was so affected and inspired by the women in his family that he chose to name some of the most enchanting and alluring NYC no-fee rentals buildings in our portfolio after them. An unabashed family man, Ginsberg celebrated his daughters with two apartment buildings, The Liane and Hilary Gardens, and gave their mother’s name to The Pearl. Let’s see why these buildings are notable enough for Ginsberg to honor the most important women in his life.
Gramercy is one of Manhattan’s toniest enclaves with tree-lined streets, easy access to Midtown East, Madison Square Park, and all points Downtown, and, of course, the eponymous Gramercy Park that is the centerpiece of this old-school neighborhood. On quiet 21st Street, The Liane stands out as a convenience-filled respite from the bustle of the city. Here, you’ll find homes with all the amenities you’ll ever need, including state-of-the-art appliances, laundry, a live-in superintendent. Let the elevator whisk you from the immaculately renovated lobby to your studio or one-bedroom home where you can experience the ultimate in Gramercy living.
This soaring high-rise right in the heart of iconic Greenwich Village is one of the city’s most desirable locations. At Hilary Gardens, you have access to the culture and cuisine that Downtown living affords in a modern and well-appointment home. These sun-flooded studios, one- and two-bedroom homes are the perfect place for you and your family to experience it all. But you don’t have to look too far to find fun. Just head to the rooftop sky deck and swim in a heated pool* as you take in truly breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city.
The Pearl towers 23 stories above the Upper East Side, affording residents world-class vistas from their luxury homes in the sky through floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a lot of shopping and dining to be had on the UES, but with gorgeous hardwood floors, custom kitchens, terraces, and sumptuous bathrooms, you might never want to leave, whether you’re in a one-, two-, or three-bedroom abode.
